His expertise in computer and data science, investment strategy, financial markets, startup networks, and leadership roles uniquely positions him to lead Atlas Invest to revolutionize real estate investment.

Tal’s career has been defined by his ability to combine financial expertise with a forward-thinking approach to technology and markets. Prior to founding Atlas, he was a key member of the founding team at Deep Insight, the first Israeli venture fund to invest in Deep Tech at all stages and across all sectors, where he continues to serve as a Venture Partner. He launched his first fintech startup, Athoss, while pursuing degrees in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship. He also established the influential investment community HiveMind. These experiences laid the groundwork for the creation of Atlas Invest, where Tal integrates his knowledge of computer science, financial strategy, and market dynamics to deliver innovative solutions in real estate-backed debt investments.

Known for his results-driven leadership style, Tal places a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared purpose. His collaborative approach and relentless focus on delivering value have propelled Atlas Invest into a position of trust and excellence in the industry. As the Co-Founder and Chairman of Atlas Invest, Roni brings over three decades of hands-on experience in launching and growing successful enterprises, including a global real estate development firm.

Roni’s career began with a distinguished service as a Medical Officer, after which he became the youngest director of a public company in Israel. His entrepreneurial journey took off as he simultaneously launched three companies while earning degrees in Economics and Textiles. He achieved a successful exit with one of these ventures before turning 30.
A hallmark of Roni’s career is his unparalleled ability to identify, capitalize on, and grow opportunities into thriving enterprises. Today, his family office oversees a highly successful real estate development company and a financial management firm. They have developed projects across various asset classes, including residential, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, hospitals, and nursing homes, spanning Israel, the US, and Europe. The financial management company now focuses exclusively on proprietary investments.

Roni’s deep understanding of how savvy investors think, their needs, and how to craft mutually profitable partnerships is a cornerstone of his leadership at Atlas Invest. As Chairman, he leverages his extensive expertise and strategic vision to drive the company forward, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry.

CRO and Co-Founder, Nir spearheads both investor relations and underwriting strategy behind Atlas Invest. His decade of hands-on experience in global real estate investment, end-to-end development, finance strategy, and project management provides him a with deep and unique understanding of the needs of real estate and debt investors.

Prior to co-founding Atlas Invest, Nir was responsible for growing his family’s real estate portfolio across the US, Israel, and Europe. Through his industry acumen, application of careful analyses, and ability to think creatively, Nir drove over $2B of deals across multiple real estate asset types including residential, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, hospital, and nursing homes.

Nir deeply understands how savvy investors view project feasibility, financing, and profitability – and knows what is needed to successfully manage debt investments. From his experience stems his ability to ideate real and scalable solutions, unlocking parts of the industry previously underserved. Nir’s reputation and expertise in knowing how to identify and capitalize on opportunities with strong risk mitigation and high potential ROI for investors in the market has helped grow Atlas Invest’s debt investor portfolio and laid the groundwork for our proprietary underwriting strategy.

Issac is responsible for the strategic growth and management of all US Operations for Atlas Invest. He brings with him a deep understanding of the US real estate market, extensive experience in designing dynamic and synergistic systems, and a proven ability to solve intricate challenges through successful enterprise solutions.

A licensed attorney with over two decades of experience in the US real estate market, Issac has driven over $1B in closing transactions. Working with residential, commercial, condo inventory, office, land, and other asset types, Issac has worked with developers in critical processes such as loan origination, project oversight, and property management. He has partnered with and advised real estate developers, brokers, and service providers throughout the tri-state and other metropolitan areas across the US.

Issac’s deep industry knowledge gives Atlas Invest an advantage of knowing how to attract and keep partnerships with top industry brokers and players as well as a robust network of trusted US service providers. Through his astute understanding of market trends and conditions, network and orchestration of service providers, and experience in attracting deal flow from top industry leaders, Issac has led the charge of a deal flow of over $4B for Atlas Invest in the past two years. Under his management, the Atlas Invest deal flow team has reviewed over 1,100 deals from over 300 unique deal flow customers in the past two years. These numbers continue to grow.

At the helm of Atlas Invest’s product development, Eyal leads the R&D team in defining and developing Atlas Invest’s innovative, data-driven platform that is revolutionizing asset-backed debt.
With over two decades of experience, Eyal has a proven track record of driving initiatives in both startups and global corporations, consistently delivering unparalleled value to customers and discerning investors. His stellar reputation for excellence stems from successfully generating novel product ideas and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution.

An energetic and results-oriented leader, Eyal possesses a deep passion for building game-changing products. Prior to joining Atlas Invest, he co-founded and served as VP of Product at novvo.ai, a startup developing a SaaS platform designed to streamline business data collection and standardization for fast, smart financing. He was also responsible for building and leading a product innovation team at SanDisk (acquired by Western Digital). While he served as part of the global management team of Western Digital, Eyal helped to create over $200M of incremental revenue through product innovation.

As EVP of Sales at Atlas Invest, Chris Lipowicz leads the company’s origination strategy, building and scaling the sales organization across brokers and borrowers. With over 20 years of executive leadership spanning CEO, COO, and CRO roles, Chris  has built and scaled revenue organizations across real estate technology platforms of varying sizes, from early-stage companies to established, high-growth organizations. Known for a direct, results-driven approach to building high-performing sales teams, Chris brings deep expertise in B2B SaaS and data-driven businesses to Atlas Invest’s mission of transforming real estate bridge lending.

Elad Cohen-Tzidon is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across diverse industries. He has a proven track record of scaling tech companies and navigating through complex financial environments.

Previously, Elad led the Finance department of the Automotive Software Division at HARMAN (a Samsung Company). As a key member of the management team, he led large-scale deals with various major OEM’s and contributed significantly to the organization’s rapid growth.

Elad’s core strengths include optimizing financial operations, leading successful M&A, and providing strategic financial guidance, all driven by a “business-first” mindset.

Ricardo Rios is Head of Marketing & Growth at Atlas Invest, where he leads brand, growth, product marketing, lifecycle, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. He focuses on strengthening broker engagement, accelerating customer acquisition, and building scalable marketing systems that support long-term growth.

Over the past 15+ years, Ricardo has built and scaled growth across fintech, media, consumer, and subscription businesses. His experience includes leadership roles at Disney/Hulu, Spotify, Peloton, HBO, The New York Times, American Express, Thomson Reuters, and City Lending, where he led both B2B and B2C marketing and expanded his expertise in real estate finance.

Throughout his career, Ricardo has launched new products, built high-performing acquisition and retention programs, and translated complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions. He is known for combining analytical rigor with creative execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and developing growth strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Ron Shteinberg is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of leadership across fintech, AI, and enterprise engineering. He has co-founded multiple fintech ventures and led R&D, product, and data teams in startups and scale-ups across the UK, Ireland, and Israel.

Ron specializes in AI/ML-driven platforms, cloud architecture, and digital transformation, having delivered high-scale financial systems and real-time decision engines used by leading financial institutions. His expertise in building robust, scalable technology is a powerful addition to our continued growth and innovation.

Stephan brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling lending and investment platforms, including executive leadership roles at Lima One Capital and Upright, and service on the Advisory Council of the National Private Lenders Association. He has overseen multi-billion-dollar loan originations, loan acquisitions, and credit portfolios through varying market cycles, and advises AI-driven platforms developing next-generation underwriting intelligence, automation, and credit-risk analytics.
