About the Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Origination person to expand Atlas Invest’s team. This pivotal role is not just about selling; it’s about weaving our innovative approach into the fabric of the real estate finance community. You will be at the forefront, liaising with brokers, borrowers, and lenders to cultivate a robust pipeline of loan requests. Your mission will be to not only enhance our deal flow but also to embed our values and methodologies into every interaction, ensuring Atlas Invest stands out in a crowded marketplace. Collaboration with our marketing team will be key, as you work together to craft and convey a compelling narrative that resonates with our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales and biz dev processes
  • Creating and delivering marketing content with the goal of attracting and/or retaining brokers, borrowers, and lenders
  • Maintaining relationships with deal flow providers

Requirements:

  • Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Biz-dev/Sales
  • 2+ years of experience as a mortgage broker

    Full-Stack Growth Marketer

    About the Role
    Atlas Invest is building the central hub for real estate-backed debt. With our recent partnership with BlackRock, we are entering a rapid growth phase and scaling aggressively. We’re hiring a Full-Stack Marketer to join the Growth team and drive brand, demand, and performance across all channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute brand positioning, storytelling, and creative strategy
    • Help shape the brand’s vision and translate it into clear campaigns across channels
    • Lead and manage performance marketing programs (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Conduct research to uncover new growth opportunities and whitespace
    • Write and oversee high-quality content for web, blog, email, ads, and more
    • Analyze data, optimize funnels, and report insights directly to leadership

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, performance, or brand roles
    • Proven track record launching successful multi-channel campaigns
    • Strong copywriting + storytelling skills
    • Experience running paid campaigns and optimizing CPA/CPL performance
    • Data-driven and fluent in funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI modeling
    • Familiarity with CRM + automation tools (HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, Make, etc.)
    • Ability to run rapid experiments, iterate fast, and scale winning strategies
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and a strong owner mindset

      AI Team Lead (TLV)

      About the Role 
      Atlas Invest is building the central hub for real estate backed debt. With the recent partnership with BlackRock, we’re entering a rapid growth phase to scale our business. We are hiring a hands-on AI expert to shape our intelligent platform, organizing complex real estate data into actionable insights and predictive models that power smarter investment decisions.

      Responsibilities

      • AI/ML Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI systems using models such as
        LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and computer vision (e.g., YOLO, CLIP)
      • MCP Integration: Architect and orchestrate model context flows using MCP or similar
        frameworks to deliver personalized, context-aware experiences
      • FinTech Platform Integration: Embed intelligent features into our backend and frontend
        systems, ensuring seamless UX and robust performance
      • Hands-On Development: Write production-grade code across Python, TypeScript, and
        Node.js. Own key modules and guide technical decisions
      • Team Leadership: Mentor a few developers, set engineering standards, and foster a
        culture of experimentation and excellence
      • Data Strategy: Collaborate with product and data teams to define training datasets,
        feedback loops, and model evaluation pipelines

      Requirements

      • 6+ years of experience as a backend developer
      • 2+ years developing AI/ML solutions
      • 1+ years in a technical leadership role
      • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model orchestration
      • Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, data preprocessing, and training workflows

        We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as the person in charge of Capital Markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients (investors), initiate contact, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for onboarding new investors, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and driving investor engagement on our platform.
