About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as the person in charge of Capital Markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients (investors), initiate contact, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for onboarding new investors, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and driving investor engagement on our platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and investor relations, and who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of a leading fintech platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers, initiating outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales meetings
- Sales Process Development: Build and continuously improve our sales processes to effectively reach and onboard more investors
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Opportunity Management: Monitor investment opportunities and assist investors with reviewing and answering questions to facilitate informed decision-making
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing relationships with investors
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
