About the Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Growth Hacker to lead and execute growth initiatives across both sides of our platform: real estate borrowers and investors. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering real, measurable results through both traditional and out-of-the-box strategies. You’ll own the full growth cycle: ideation, execution, measurement, and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for bringing in high-quality borrowers and investors
• Research new channels, partnerships, and tools to increase brand visibility
• Build and run experiments for high-ROI results: design tests, track performance, analyze results, and iterate
• Create scalable, repeatable growth systems and internal processes
• Collaborate with product and sales to align growth with core business goals
• Develop and optimize onboarding and engagement funnels for both customer types

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM roles in a fast-paced startup
• Proven ability to generate real results across digital and offline channels
• Strong research and analytical skills, you can find insights and turn them into action
• Creative mindset with the discipline to execute in a structured, data-driven way
• Excellent written communication and copywriting instincts
• Highly organized: you track what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next
• Must: Recent hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including GA4), and campaign optimization across paid channels.
• Bonus: Experience with at least 3 of the following: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Console, Outbrain/Taboola, Hubspot or similar CRM, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, real estate, or working with institutional investors

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales & Origination professional to help grow Atlas Invest’s deal pipeline. In this role, you’ll work directly with brokers, borrowers, and lenders to source and structure loan opportunities. Beyond sales, you’ll play a key role in representing Atlas’ approach and values in the market. You’ll also collaborate with our marketing team to ensure our message is clear, consistent, and compelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development processes.
• Source and build strong relationships with CRE brokers, real estate developers and investors
• Maintain relationships with deal flow providers 

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
• 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales
• 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate mortgage broker
• Experience as part of growing company from early sales to market leadership – Advantage
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – Advantage
• Experience in-house at a Fintech company – Advantage

We’re seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced team and contribute to the development of the future of real estate backed loans.

What you will do:

• Full-stack development: Design, develop, and deploy both front-end (React/TanStack) and back-end (TypeScript, Node.js, Python) applications.

• API development: Create and maintain robust APIs that power our applications and integrations.

• Database management: Design and implement efficient database solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store and manage application data.

• Deployment: Utilize containerization technologies like Docker to ensure smooth and scalable deployments.

• Testing and automation: Write unit and integration tests for your code, and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.

• Problem-solving: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges, debug issues, and improve application performance.

• Experience with web scraping technologies (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium) for data acquisition – Advantage.

Who you are:

• B.Sc Computer Science or other relevant field.

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a proven track record of coding in TypeScript and React in the last 2 years.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservice architecture and data security.

• Strong understanding of fundamental algorithms and data structure.

• Proven DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure experience with GCP and/or AWS.

• Experienced with building the full application release cycle (CI/CD).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a talented analyst to join our commando underwriting team. This is an integral role at Atlas Invest, where you will be at the heart of our financial strategies and analytical processes. Your mission will be to not only perform rigorous analyses but also to embed our innovative methodologies into every aspect of our underwriting operations.

• Analyzing borrowers, assets, and loans: You will be responsible for assessing risks and identifying opportunities, providing critical insights that drive our investment decisions.

• Preparing detailed reports and presentations: Communicate your findings effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.

• Communicating with deal flow providers and other stakeholders.

• Developing and refining underwriting models: Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our underwriting models, ensuring they support robust decision-making processes.

• Collaborating with the R&D team: Work closely with our technology team to enhance and innovate our products and tools, ensuring they align with our financial analysis and underwriting needs.

• Conducting market research: Stay ahead of industry trends, delivering valuable insights that inform our strategic direction.
