What you will do:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Origination person to expand Atlas Invest’s team. This pivotal role is not just about selling; it’s about weaving our innovative approach into the fabric of the real estate finance community. You will be at the forefront, liaising with brokers, borrowers, and lenders to cultivate a robust pipeline of loan requests. Your mission will be to not only enhance our deal flow but also to embed our values and methodologies into every interaction, ensuring Atlas Invest stands out in a crowded marketplace. Collaboration with our marketing team will be key, as you work together to craft and convey a compelling narrative that resonates with our clientele.

Developing and executing sales and biz dev processes.

Creating and delivering marketing presentations with the goal of attracting and/or retaining brokers, borrowers, and lenders.

Maintaining relationships with deal flow providers.
Who you are:

Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills.

2-5 years of experience in Marketing/Biz-dev/Sales.

2+ years of experience in as a mortgage broker.

Being part of the scaling journey of a startup from early sales to market leadership – Advantage.

Proven ability to lead Biz-dev/Sales projects – Advantage.

Experience in-house at a Fintech company – Advantage.
